How It Works
Every Pair of Monkeys Artifact is made on demand. When you place an order, it goes directly to production. There is no warehouse. There is no pre-made stock. Your item is built when you order it. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the price of every Artifact, no separate charge at checkout.

Production Time
Your Artifact enters production within 1 to 3 days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
Once produced, standard shipping takes 9 to 14 days within the United States. International orders may take 10 to 20 business days depending on destination and customs.

Total Estimated Delivery
Plan for 10 to 17 days door to door for US orders.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery directly with the carrier.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Delays
Production and shipping timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@pairofmonkeys.shop.

Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
