How It Works Every Pair of Monkeys artifact is made on demand. When you place an order, it goes directly to production. There is no warehouse. There is no pre-made stock. Your item is built when you order it.

Production Time Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time Once produced, standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the United States. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs.

Total Estimated Delivery Plan for 7–15 business days for domestic orders from the date of purchase.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery directly with the carrier.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Delays Production and shipping timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@pairofmonkeys.shop.
