Returns & Refunds
Made to order means made for you. We pick the blank and the printer. Our production partner makes your Artifact after you order it and ships it to you, so there is no shelf for a return to go back to. All sales are final.

Wrong or Damaged
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we fix it. Email info@pairofmonkeys.shop with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds, for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank times may vary.
