Returns & Refunds Every Artifact is made on demand — built when you order, nothing held in stock. For that reason: no returns, no exchanges. All sales final.

Wrong or Damaged If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we fix it. Email info@pairofmonkeys.shopwith photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds Approved refunds — for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only — process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank times may vary.
