30-day return window. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot process a return.

Eligibility Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase required.

Damaged or Wrong Item Inspect your order on arrival. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We make it right — no questions.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale. No exceptions.

Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item, then place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
