SHIPPING & RETURNS:
All Artifacts are made on demand. No inventory. No overstock. Built when ordered.

DELIVERY:
Made to order. US orders arrive in 10 to 17 days. International: 10 to 20 business days after it ships. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

TRACKING:
A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships. Questions about your shipment, email info@pairofmonkeys.shop with your order number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Customs fees may apply on international orders. These are assessed by your local customs office and are outside our control. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER:
Email info@pairofmonkeys.shop with photos within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
No returns. No exchanges. All Artifacts are made on demand. Wrong item, damaged item, or mislabeled size, we fix it. Everything else is final sale.
