With a fierce cry, he grasped the Core Lucis, focusing all his energy on their survival. A blinding light erupted from the artifact, enveloping the team. Dr. Vex's screams were drowned out by the deafening pulse and shockwave of the Core Lucis. The sanatorium began to crumble, The Order's stronghold collapsing around them, putting an end to Vex’s reign of terror.
In an instant, the team vanished, reappearing at the dock where their boat was waiting. Cheers and tears of joy erupted as they embraced, relieved to have escaped the clutches of evil. But amidst the celebration, Mack's eyes gleamed with a sinister intent. He sent a cryptic message, unnoticed by the others: "They have it, and they know how to use it. I know what must be done." The stage was set for a new, thrilling chapter in the battle between good and evil. The Core Lucis had chosen its warriors, but the true enemy was only just emerging from the shadows.
