But thanks to her captured she had uncovered something, she continued as her eyes locked onto P & J. "Your father, Dr. Stephen, is alive," she revealed.
P's eyes widened in shock as J's face lit up with hope. "But he's in grave danger," Dr. Patel continued, her expression turning grim. "The Order has him trapped in the abandoned sanatorium on North Border Island. They're forcing him to figure our how to unlock the power of the Cor Lucis.” Dr. Vex will stop at nothing to control it, but he wasn’t chosen by the artifact, you two were. We need to get your father out now, I heard the guards say he was sick with exhaustion.
The room fell silent, the weight of Dr. Patel's words fell hard on all. But one thing still bothered Sophia, Mack was the only one who knew about their meeting, thoughts about betrayal filled her mind, but she decided to keep them to her self, at least for now.
